Educational Benefits

Educational Benefits are essential for ISD 199 as it determines a districts school's level of eligibility for grants, as well as the state and federal dollars allocated to each school. Completing an Educational Benefits application also helps qualify families for discounts and benefits in school and in the community.

Submitting an Application

  • Families MUST apply every school year to receive educational benefits. One application per household.
  • Families may apply or reapply for benefits at any time during the school year due to changes in income, job, household size due to divorce, birth, death, adoption, student moves, etc.
  • Once a family qualifies, their household benefits last until the end of the school year.
  • Temporary benefits only carry over for 30 school days into the next school year.
  • Applicants may be randomly selected to verify the income information given on the application.

Complete an application today! There are three ways to apply: online by using a fillable PDF form, through the Parent Portal, or on paper.

If you have questions or need assistance, please call 651-306-7822. Completed PDF applications can be emailed to LaneL@isd199.org.
